Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain and update employee payroll files, including personal details, direct deposit information, and benefit enrollments.
• Process and verify timesheets and attendance records to ensure accurate and timely payroll delivery.
• Prepare and submit various payroll-related reports such as bi-weekly payroll summaries, tax filings, and year-end documentation including W-2 forms.
• Manage additional tasks such as processing termination payments, overseeing paid time off (PTO) and sick leave, and assisting with the rollout of new payroll policies.
