We are seeking an experienced Clinical Supervisor to join our leadership team. This is not a purely administrative role. We are looking for an experienced clinician who enjoys mentoring therapists, strengthening clinical quality, supporting team culture, and helping build a sustainable, high-performing practice. Support therapist onboarding, development, and retention. Maintain high standards of ethical, evidence-based care. Assist with treatment planning, documentation, and case consultation. Maintain a clinical caseload (approximately 20-25 sessions/week). Foster a supportive and inclusive environment. Support expansion efforts for our Gurnee location. Required Qualifications Master's degree or higher in a relevant mental health field. Experience with assessment, treatment planning, and clinical documentation. Strong leadership, mentoring, and communication skills. Preferred Qualifications Existing or transferable client caseload. Experience supervising or leading clinical teams. Outpatient, group, or private practice experience. Expertise with children, couples, or neurodivergent populations.
