Job Description Heart Failure Cardiologist Opening in Cooperstown, NY Located at the base of the Adirondack Mountains; 75 miles from Albany, NY Position Information: Full-time, permanent position Hospital employed Seeking a Heart Failure Cardiologist to join the staff. The faculty practice consists of 15 cardiologists, 2 surgeons, and 18 advanced practice clinicians. Provide clinical and consultative care within the hospital and office setting. From prevention and detection to surgery and rehabilitation, Bassett provides a full range of cardiovascular testing services including MRI, CT, echo and nuclear cardiology. To include: Academic appointment with Columbia University, and clinical affiliation with their advanced heart failure service Outpatient, Inpatient and Regional Patient Care Teaching of cardiology fellows, internal medicine residents, and medical students Salary Range: $500,000 - $545,000. This compensation range represents good-faith belief in the compensation range at the time of this posting or advertisement. Salary is based on a variety of factors, including, but not limited to, qualifications, experience, education, licenses, specialty, training, and fair market evaluation based on industry standards. Health system offers physicians an incentive plan with no earnings cap. Individual performance and productivity can significantly enhance compensation with potential upside realized within the first year of employment.
