We help families save money by paying cash for gently used kids' clothing, toys, shoes, equipment, and more, then making those items affordable for the next family. We're looking for a motivated Supervisor who is ready to take ownership, lead by example, and help drive the success of our store. What You'll Do Evaluate and price inventory using our proprietary buying software Help manage inventory through merchandising, markdowns, and sales-floor organization Coach, motivate, and support a team of 20-30 employees Deliver exceptional customer service and create a welcoming shopping experience Assist with daily store operations, opening/closing, and achieving sales goals Lead by example in a fun, fast-paced retail environment What We're Looking For Previous retail leadership or supervisory experience Open availability, including evenings and weekends Friendly, customer-focused attitude Strong organizational and problem-solving skills Dependable, self-motivated, and able to multitask Passion for fashion, resale, and sustainability What We Offer Competitive salary Performance bonuses Excellent employee discount Paid training Opportunities for advancement and career growth A supportive team environment where your ideas matter If you're looking for more than just a job and want to build a career with a growing company, we'd love to hear from you.
