Regional Clinical Manager - Pediatric Urgent Care

Responsibilities Ensure providers are well-oriented to PM Pediatric Care’s culture, value and processes Provide training and education for new providers Address quality and safety concerns Respond to patient complaints that are medically related Ensure appropriate provider documentation and coding Review candidate qualifications and conduct interviews Provide mentorship and support to providers Requirements Graduate of an accredited Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner program Ability to obtain and maintain DEA certification Licensed in the state where the site is located Meet threshold criteria/qualifications for Credentialing and Privileges Training and quality improvement/process improvement experience #J-18808-Ljbffr Jobtailor
