Restaurant Manager

Restaurant Manager:

Assist/Support the GM in daily operations, budget, and goals

Able to work Flexible hours, possible late-night shift, holidays, and weekends

Interviewing, Hiring, and Training new staff members

Training and holding the staff accountable

Enforcing/Training on cash handling procedures

Training staff on preparing alcoholic beverages for guests and server station while maintaining proper pour counts and proper ID checks

Establish guest service and satisfaction

Responsible for inventory and ordering within budgets.

Ensure bar/restaurant cleanliness and sanitation

Scheduling FOH staff in accordance with occupancy forecast

Hiring, recruiting, and training staff

Providing a Safe work environment and address issues regarding safety hazards

Knowledge of ordering inventory of liquor, wine, and supplies

Knowledge of Toast, 7Shifts, Tiphaus and Partender a plus
