Position Details Days 6am-2pm Rotating Weekends Pay Rates LPN: $30.60 – $34.76 per hour Responsibilities Provide high-quality nursing care to residents in a memory care and long-term care setting Monitor residents’ health, administer medications, and collaborate with the care team Support residents’ physical, emotional, and social well‑being Document care accurately and maintain compliance with all regulations Qualifications Active LPN license in Indiana Experience in Memory Care/Alzheimer’s care a plus Compassionate, reliable, and dedicated to resident-centered care Why Join Walnut Hills?
