Job Description The Senior Medical Science Liaison (MSL) identifies, develops, maintains, and leverages collaborative relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs), Pharmacy and Therapeutics (P&T) Committees, and Healthcare Organizations (HCOs) in the private and public sectors. The MSL serves as the expert in presenting, training, and educating stakeholders about our products, contributes a medical perspective to product development and brand planning, and supports the clinical research group in managing clinical trials and publishing scientific articles. Essential Functions and Responsibilities Lead efforts in recognizing, identifying, cultivating, and integrating KOL relationships in specific therapeutic areas relevant to ADMA. Maintain a high level of medical‑scientific knowledge in assigned therapeutic areas and disease states related to ADMA’s products. Remain current with scientific data and new information to interpret and convey pertinent findings. Provide current clinical and research‑related information on diseases for which company products may be utilized, including competitive pipeline information and post‑marketing data. Assist in identifying potential investigators and sites for clinical trials; manage, monitor, and communicate IIR study activity to meet budgets and timelines. Provide scientific, medical, and/or clinical expertise to internal departments, including periodic updates to standard response letters for Medical Information requests. Support sales and marketing in conducting competitive surveillance of disease states and products in our commercialization and pipeline areas. Actively participate in creating and managing ADMA Advisory Boards and Key Opinion Leader Programs. Education & Experience Requirements Doctoral level degree in the life sciences (PharmD, MD, DO, PhD, Nursing or equivalent) required. At least 3 years relevant work experience as an MSL in immunology, pulmonology/respiratory, or infectious disease. Excellent written and verbal communication skills required. Preferred Experience Training and/or clinical experience in immunology, pulmonology/respiratory, or infectious disease. More than 5 years of related MSL work experience. Minimum 5 years’ experience in immunology, respiratory, and/or infectious disease. Previous experience with product launches and life‑cycle management in relevant disease areas. Compliance Requirements The role requires strict adherence to FDA regulations and company policies governing sales and marketing activities. Responsibilities include completion of required compliance training, accurate documentation of sales interactions, adherence to data privacy regulations, proactive participation in compliance reviews, prompt reporting of potential issues, and ongoing education on relevant FDA regulations.
