Portfolio ManagerEast West Bank is currently seeking a Portfolio Manager for the Commercial Real Estate Banking team.UnderwritingPerforms risk rating on new and existing loans--Analyze financial statements addressing industry risks, collateral requirements, loan structuring, pricing and credit analysis for recommendation to manager on lending decisionsMake recommendation on structure of credit for approvalCredit MonitoringDevelop solutions for problem loan creditResponsible for credit risk and quality of portfolioPortfolio ManagementPerform maintenance on portfolio of loansMaintain & expand client relationshipManage loan renewal processBusiness DevelopmentParticipate in community and business functionsDevelop other deposits services relationshipMay perform other duties as assignedQualificationsBachelor's degree or combination of education and directly related experience2+ years of banking experienceHas strong understanding of credit policy and procedures and is able to accurately risk-rate loans/credits, evaluates both cash-flow and collateral-based loans/creditsDevelop problem loan credit solutionsHas strong knowledge base in Treasury, FX and Derivative products and have demonstrated abilities in coordinating the resources of the bank to bring effective full service solutions to the companyApplicants must have legal authorization to work in the United States. We do not offer visa sponsorship at this time.CompensationThe base pay range for this position is USD $75,000.00/Yr. - USD $150,000.00/Yr. Exact offers will be determined based on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and location.
