Qualifications:

• Master's-level SPED Teacher, SLP (Board Certified considered), School Psychologist (TSPC license required), or BCBA with autism expertise
• At least 3 years of experience supporting students on the autism spectrum across a variety of grade/age levels
• Proven background serving both high-functioning and severely impacted/non-speaking students
• Experience completing autism evaluations/assessments in educational settings
• Familiarity with special education practices in public schools (required for BCBAs)
• Valid Oregon licensure and certifications

Responsibilities:

• Provide direct and consultative support for K-12 students on the autism spectrum
• Assess student needs and collaborate on individualized education plans
• Work onsite full-time within assigned schools (gathering caseload details)
• Serve as a resource for best practices and behavior interventions
