Experienced Veterinary Technician

About the Role Animal Medical Center West is hiring an experienced veterinary technician for a full‑time, 4‑day, 10‑hour shift schedule (no nights, holidays, or weekends). The role involves assisting veterinarians with exams, treatments, procedures, and daily clinic operations. Responsibilities Assist veterinarians with examinations, treatments, and procedures. Perform venipuncture, IV catheter placement, and laboratory testing. Take high‑quality radiographs and support diagnostic procedures. Administer medications, vaccines, and treatments as directed. Educate clients on patient care, medications, and preventative health. Support daily operations, including records, billing, and workflow coordination. Qualifications Experience as a veterinary technician with strong technical skills. Excellent communication and client‑service abilities. Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast‑paced environment. Team‑oriented mindset with initiative and adaptability. Strong attention to detail and reliability.
