About the Role
As a Planner Scheduler , you’ll transform customer purchase orders and engineering documents into clear, accurate production plans that keep our operations running smoothly. You’ll influence how workflows through our 24/7 manufacturing facility, ensuring precision, compliance, and on??'time delivery of aerospace components.
This role is perfect for someone who enjoys digging into details, identifying discrepancies, and creating order out of complex information — all while building skills that open doors to future advancement.

What You’ll Do

• Review all incoming customer purchase orders for accuracy and required documentation.
• Create internal work orders and build production plans within our Syteline ERP system.
• Develop and maintain operational schedules to support production capacity and customer deadlines.
• Enter international orders into the Trade Compliance OCR system with complete accuracy.
• Communicate directly with internal teams and customers to resolve order or documentation issues.
• Cross-train as a Certification Technician, ensuring all processes and documentation meet aerospace quality requirements.
• Support a culture of teamwork, problem solving, and continuous improvement.

What You Bring

• Experience in aerospace or the surface finishing industry is highly desirable.
• High school diploma or GED
• 1+ year experience in a production or quality??'related environment
• Strong computer skills; Microsoft Office required
• ERP system experience preferred (Syteline strongly preferred)
• Ability to interpret written purchase orders; blueprint reading a plus
• Strong math, spelling, and proofreading abilities
• Ability to sit for extended periods and occasionally lift up to 25 lbs.
• Ability to read, write and communicate in English - including the ability to read written purchase orders and paperwork.
• Have a regular and dependable attendance record.
• Able to pass a criminal background check and pre-employment drug screening.
• Authorized to work in the U.S. An export license may be required to work in all areas of the facility.
