Medical Practice Manager opportunity available with a growing multi-location medical practice! A.R. Mazzotta is hiring a skilled healthcare management professional with experience leading staff, overseeing daily operations, and managing practice financials in a busy medical environment. Ophthalmology or optometry practice experience is highly preferred.

This full-time, direct hire opportunity offers a starting pay rate of $30/hour and the chance to work with an established, patient-focused organization serving multiple locations throughout Eastern Connecticut.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee day-to-day operations for multiple practice locations
• Manage and support office and clinical staff
• Ensure teams provide an excellent patient experience across all locations
• Monitor scheduling, workflow, and patient service standards
• Handle financial reporting, budgeting, and operational performance
• Ensure compliance with healthcare policies and procedures
• Partner with leadership to improve efficiency and patient experience

Qualifications:

• Previous Practice Manager experience within a medium to large medical practice
• Multi-location management experience required
• Strong staff leadership and employee management skills
• Experience managing budgets, financials, and operational reporting
• Eye care, ophthalmology, or optometry practice experience preferred
• Excellent communication and organizational abilities
