Senior Systems Analyst
Our client is seeking a highly experienced Senior Systems Analyst with specialized expertise in UKG Timekeeping and Configuration. This senior-level role requires deep functional and technical knowledge of UKG's Timekeeping application, with a strong emphasis on configuration capabilities. The ideal candidate will also bring robust healthcare business analysis experience, demonstrating a clear understanding of clinical and operational workflows within the healthcare environment.
The position is responsible for gaining an in-depth understanding of assigned applications, their architecture, software components, and any interdependencies within the client's technology landscape. The role demands the ability to work independently, drive initiatives to completion, and lead all aspects of application implementation and ongoing support — including system components, configuration, testing, documentation, and change management.
