Location: Tampa, FL
Position: Full-Time
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM
Salary: $80K to $110K/year DOE plus full benefits
Patient Volume: 1 patient per hour

Job Summary
We’re hiring a Physical Therapist to join a private outpatient practice where patient care stays personal and structured. In this role, you’ll evaluate movement issues, create treatment plans, guide recovery, and help patients improve strength, function, and day-to-day mobility. This is a good fit for someone who likes one-on-one care, steady hours, and the ability to follow each patient’s progress closely.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients and identify pain points, mobility issues, and functional limitations
• Build individualized treatment plans based on clinical findings and patient goals
• Provide therapeutic exercise, manual therapy, and movement training
• Reassess patient progress and update treatment plans when needed
• Educate patients on home exercises, recovery strategies, and injury prevention
• Complete documentation accurately and on time

Requirements

• Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) or equivalent degree from an accredited program
• Active Florida Physical Therapist license or ability to obtain licensure before start
• Outpatient experience preferred
• Strong communication and patient education skills
• New graduates may be considered with strong clinical rotations
