This role requires that you be on-site at our office in San Mateo, CA 5 days a week.What You’ll DoServe as a trusted advisor to technical leaders on organizational effectiveness, organizational health, team performance, leadership coaching, and talent strategyPartner closely with leaders to strengthen leadership capabilities through coaching, feedback, and development planningUse data and insights to identify trends, diagnose challenges, and influence business decisionsDevelop innovative and pragmatic people solutions to address organizational challenges, unlock team performance, and support evolving business needsBuild and drive talent initiatives across performance management, retention, succession planning, employee engagement, and leadership developmentHelp leaders navigate ambiguity, growth, and change while maintaining a high-performance cultureProvide guidance on complex employee relations matters and investigationsWhat You Bring2+ years of HRBP or People Business Partner experienceDemonstrated ability to think creatively and develop innovative, scalable solutions to complex people and organizational challengesAbility to influence at all levels of the organization with sound judgment and strong business acumenThrives in an environment where People Partners take broad ownership across talent, leadership, and organizational initiatives rather than relying on specialized COEsAnalytical mindset with the ability to translate people data into actionable recommendationsAbility to navigate ambiguity, influence change, and execute effectively in a rapidly evolving organizationBachelor’s degree required. With that in mind, we carefully consider a number of factors to determine the appropriate starting pay for an employee, including their primary work location and an assessment of a candidate's skills and experience, as well as market demands and internal parity.
