Dining Room Host/Hostess

In this role, your primary task will be to support the Front of House team by being willing to serve in various roles to help the team achieve success. We are looking for someone who is outgoing and compelled by the opportunity to create an appreciable experience for not only our guests but also our team members.

As a host/hostess you are given the important role of sharing our restaurants friendliness and care from the moment they walk in our doors. We expect the person in this role to be able to carry on natural and pleasant conversations with guests including but not limited to greeting guests on arrival, bidding them farewell and conducting frequent table "touch-ins".

For example - going up to a guests table, "Hi sir! How is your meal going? Can I refresh your beverage for you?" "Welcome in! Let me know if you have any questions about the menu." "Thank you so much for visiting our restaurant today, we hope you come back soon!"

This position regularly carries and lifts 50 lbs with frequent bending and reaching overhead.

Your responsibilities as part of the team:

• Be able to work 11:00am-2:00 or 3:00 pm or 4:00pm-8:00 pm
• Creating hospitality with guests with a warm welcome and table "touch ins"
• Enjoy a fast-paced work environment that is both fun and safe
• Give guests an excellent experience by smiling, using eye contact, engage in cheerful conversations, and using our famous slogan "my pleasure"
• Assist Guests with questions about the menu
• Keeping the Dining Room clean & tidy
• Maintaining the bathrooms to ensure they are clean and stocked
• Work with the FOH team to ensure their stations are prepped and ready for service
