We're looking for a Certified Payroll Specialist to join our team. This role is key to supporting federal project work by ensuring accurate certified payroll processing and compliance with prevailing wage regulations. You'll play a critical role in maintaining compliance, supporting audits, and ensuring payroll accuracy across projects and subcontractors.

What You'll Do

• Determine and apply correct prevailing wage rates and fringe benefits.
• Prepare and submit certified payroll reports (WH-347 or state forms).
• Verify and sign Statements of Compliance.
• Maintain detailed payroll records and documentation.
• Support audit preparation.
• Review subcontractor payroll submissions.
• Coordinate with internal teams and agencies.
• Ensure compliance with Davis-Bacon Act regulations.

What You Bring

• High school diploma required; degree preferred.
• CPP certification preferred.
• Experience with payroll systems (Viewpoint, Procore, RMS, LCP Tracker).
• Advanced Excel and ERP familiarity.
• Knowledge of Davis-Bacon Act.
• Strong attention to detail and math skills.
• Excellent communication and organization skills.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to sit and work at a computer for extended periods.

Travel

• Occasional coordination with job sites; primarily office based.
