Business AnalystPayrate: $60.00- $63.00/hr. The main function of a Business Analyst is to perform the analysis, design, implementation, modification, and daily functional support of all applications. Job Responsibilities:Works with key stakeholders within all business functions to align technology solutions with business strategiesGathers requirements from business units and translate those to programmers and developersPrepares cost-benefit and return-on-investment analyses to aid in decisions on system implementationDemonstrates an informed knowledge of business functions to resolve problems and capitalize on improvement opportunitiesSupports one or more highly complex business processesWorks on multiple projects as a project team memberServes as a liaison between the business community and the IT organization to provide technical solutions to meet user needsRequirements:Bachelor's degree in technical field such as computer science, computer engineering or related field required. MBA or other related advanced degree preferred10+ years' experience requiredBasic knowledge of programming languages to comprehend reading code and basic functionsAbility to create business solutions that increase competitive advantageAbility to exercise good judgment in selecting methods and techniques for obtaining solutionsProject management skills to handle diverse projects, often simultaneously, and meet aggressive deadlinesAbility to solve technical problems/ processes and understand complex detailsAbility to increase operating efficiency by producing high quality technical solutionsA high level of interpersonal and verbal communication skills necessary to relate to other people at their systems knowledge levelAbility to analyze complex situations and problems and do the necessary research using multiple sources of information to arrive at innovative solutions5–7 years of Business Analysis experience.Strong healthcare payer background.Experience with CMS/DHCS mandates and regulatory projects.Expertise in requirements gathering, stakeholder management, and documentation.Familiarity with Facets, Medicare, SharePoint, and Microsoft Copilot.Technical Skills:Healthcare PlatformsFacets (Strongly Preferred)CareConnectSalesforcePay Transparency: The typical base pay for this role across the U.S. is: $60.00 - $63.00 /hour. Non-exempt positions are eligible for overtime at a rate of 1.5 times the base hourly rate for all hours worked in excess of 40 in a work week, or as required by state or local law. Final offer amounts, within the base pay set forth above, are determined by factors including your relevant skills, education and experience.
