CNA - Contract

About the Role Join a compassionate care team where your work truly makes a difference! We’re seeking dedicated CNAs to provide high-quality care and support to our residents. As a CNA, you’ll assist patients with daily activities, promote comfort and independence, and help ensure every resident feels respected and cared for. You’ll work closely with nurses and other healthcare professionals in a collaborative and supportive environment that values teamwork and patient-centered care. Responsibilities Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, eating, and mobility Take vital signs and report changes in patient condition Maintain a clean, safe, and organized environment Provide emotional support and companionship to residents Uphold patients’ rights and ensure dignity in all aspects of care Qualifications Active CNA certification (required) Successful completion of a state-approved CNA program Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English Compassionate, reliable, and professional demeanor Consistent 5:45am-2:15pm Supportive leadership and strong teamwork culture Opportunity to make a meaningful difference in your community Safe, professional work environment If you’re a CNA in the Waterville area looking for steady local work with a caring team, we’d love to hear from you! #J-18808-Ljbffr
