Role Responsibilities

• Deliver comprehensive health care for individuals and families, from pediatrics through geriatrics.
• Manage ongoing health issues, preventive measures, acute conditions, and mental health needs with a patient-centric focus.
• Perform physical assessments, interpret test results, and devise individualized treatment strategies.
• Work alongside care coordinators, behavioral health experts, and specialists to provide integrated, holistic care.

• Maintain meticulous electronic medical records (EMR) to ensure accurate patient data collection.

Education Requirements

• MD or DO degree from an accredited institution.
• Completion of a recognized residency in Family Medicine.

Certifications

• Board Certification in Family Medicine.
• Possess or be eligible for an active New York medical license.
• BLS and ACLS certifications are preferred.
