As a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) on our team, you will play a crucial role in supporting clients with developmental disabilities to achieve their behavioral goals and improve their overall quality of life. Job Summary We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated RBT to join our team. As an RBT, you will work under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to implement individualized behavior intervention plans for clients. This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about helping others and committed to making a positive impact in the lives of those they serve. About the Role Implementing behavior intervention plans as designed by the supervising BCBA Collecting and recording data on client behaviors and progress toward goals Assisting in developing care plans tailored to individual needs Educating clients about behavioral strategies and interventions Maintaining documentation in compliance with HIPAA regulations Collaborating with other professionals involved in the client’s care to ensure a cohesive approach Providing support during therapy sessions, ensuring a safe and encouraging environment for clients Participating in ongoing training and professional development to enhance skills in behavioral therapy Requirements Knowledge of behavioral health principles and practices Familiarity with HIPAA regulations regarding patient confidentiality and medical documentation Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities, particularly children Strong data collection skills to monitor client progress effectively Ability to educate clients and families about behavior management techniques Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to facilitate collaboration with team members and families A passion for helping others improve their lives through effective behavioral therapy Benefits Dental insurance Flexible schedule Health insurance Paid time off Vision insurance Telehealth benefits for family and pets Schedule Monday to Friday Weekends as needed Willingness to Travel 25% (Preferred) Work Location In person #J-18808-Ljbffr
