As the RN Director of Nursing - Assisted Living, you will provide leadership coverage and clinical support where its needed most, guiding teams through transitions, ensuring regulatory compliance, and promoting best practices across multiple campuses. Youll work in a variety of settings, including memory care, assisted living, and care suites. The ideal candidate is adaptable, has prior assisted living experience, strong clinical judgment, and the ability to build relationships quickly.
