These roles are grouped because candidates with strong commercial real estate experience may be aligned with more than one opening depending on their litigation, transactional, or partner-level background. The work includes complex commercial disputes, title insurance litigation, acquisition-related disputes, financing matters, high-value property transactions, commercial leasing, development deals, and real estate matters involving sophisticated clients. Current Openings Real Estate Litigation Associate Location: Los Angeles, CA Compensation: $170K–$240K Experience: 3–7 years Work Model: Hybrid — 4 days in-office This role focuses on commercial real estate litigation matters, including drafting motions, managing discovery, preparing cases for trial, supporting partners on complex disputes, and handling matters involving title insurance, acquisitions, financing, office buildings, commercial transactions, and broader real estate disputes. Real Estate Litigation Partner Location: Los Angeles, CA Compensation: $300K–$400K guaranteed base; potential to earn into the mid-$400Ks to $500K+ Experience: 8–25 years Work Model: Hybrid — 4 days in-office This role focuses on leading complex commercial real estate litigation matters involving acquisitions, financing, title disputes, and high-value property transactions. The ideal candidate has partner-level responsibility, substantive litigation depth, strong writing skills, and an interest in building client relationships with a path toward equity partnership.
