Job Full Description Job Summary: We are seeking Call Center Representatives for a client who needs reliable and customer-focused individuals to handle inbound and outbound calls. This role involves assisting customers with inquiries, providing product or service information, and ensuring a positive customer experience. - Answer inbound calls and assist customers with questions, concerns, or service needs.
- Make outbound calls as needed for follow-ups, scheduling, or information updates.
- Provide accurate information regarding products, services, or account details.
- Enter and update customer information in the system with high accuracy.
- Escalate issues to supervisors when necessary.
- Maintain a professional and courteous tone during all interactions.
- Follow call scripts, company policies, and performance guidelines.
- Meet performance metrics such as call volume, customer satisfaction, and resolution rate.
- Schedule: Monday - Friday | 7am-6pm and Saturdays 8am-1pm
- Pay: $15.00 P/H
- Previous call center or customer service experience preferred but not required.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Comfortable using computers, headsets, and basic software applications.
- Able to multitask while maintaining accuracy and professionalism.
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Bilingual skills are a plus.
