Position Type: Full Time Pay Rate: $20.00 / Hour Job Schedule: Mon: 03:00 PM - 11:00 PM Tue: 03:00 PM - 11:00 PM Wed: 03:00 PM - 11:00 PM Thur: 03:00 PM - 11:00 PM Fri: 03:00 PM - 11:00 PM What You’ll Do: Provide customer service to visitors, customers, and/or staff by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities. Respond to incidents, disturbances, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and communicating with site contacts as needed. Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the retail location, sales floor, exterior areas, parking areas, and perimeter to help identify unusual activity and/or potential concerns. Monitor entrances, exits, and high-traffic areas to help support store operations, assist with access control practices, and report suspicious behavior and/or policy violations. Support loss prevention and asset protection efforts by observing customer and employee activity, reporting incidents promptly, and following post orders and Allied Universal guidelines. Minimum Requirements: Being comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
