Solace and Harmony Behavioral Health is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Mental Health Counselor to join our telehealth team based in The Dalles, Oregon. This full-time role is ideal for professionals who are passionate about delivering comprehensive mental health services to individuals and families within the community. As a fully remote position, our telehealth model allows you to provide essential services from a location of your choice while maintaining a structured work schedule of Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM. We utilize advanced teleconferencing tools and electronic health record systems that promote collaboration and efficiency. You will work closely with a team of licensed professionals, leveraging digital communication to enhance client engagement and streamline service delivery.

• Conduct thorough assessments of clients' mental health conditions, psychosocial stressors, and family dynamics to inform treatment strategies.

• Develop, implement, and regularly update individualized treatment plans that address clients’ specific needs, ensuring alignment with best practices and organizational policies.

• Offer compassionate counseling and support through various modalities, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), solution-focused therapy, and trauma-informed care.
\n
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation in the electronic health records system, including patient medical and psychological histories, treatment progress notes, and outcome evaluations.

• Engage in multi-disciplinary case meetings to enhance treatment coordination and share insights regarding clients’ progress, challenges, and emergent needs.

You will primarily work with a diverse clientele facing a variety of mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, substance use disorders, trauma, and family conflict. Your role will involve collaborating with families and individuals from different socioeconomic backgrounds, ensuring that cultural competence and inclusivity remain at the forefront of your practice.

• A Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a related field.
\n
• Current licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).

• Strong foundational knowledge of mental health conditions, treatment modalities, and the therapeutic process.

• Previous experience providing teletherapy or remote counseling services.

• Demonstrated ability to work effectively under pressure in a crisis-driven environment.

• Experience in substance abuse counseling, child welfare, or trauma-informed therapies is a plus.
