Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments, evaluations, and diagnostic interviews to identify clients' mental health issues and develop tailored therapeutic interventions.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your role will engage with a diverse client population, including individuals facing anxiety, depression, PTSD, grief, and adjustment disorders. Qualifications\n

• A current and valid license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD) .

• A bachelor’s degree in a relevant field is required, with a preference for candidates holding a master’s or doctoral degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.

• Demonstrated excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively build therapeutic rapport with clients.

• Ability to exhibit empathy, compassion, and a non-judgmental attitude in all client interactions.

• Strong organizational and time-management capabilities to effectively manage caseload and related administrative tasks.

Preferred Experience\n

• A minimum of 2 years of professional experience in mental health counseling, preferably in an outpatient setting.
