Dental Front Office – Mission Viejo, CA | Private Endodontic Practice

Our well-established private endodontic practice is seeking a friendly, professional, and organized Dental Front Office team member to join our team. We take pride in providing exceptional patient care and creating a welcoming experience from the moment patients walk through our doors. The ideal candidate is personable, detail-oriented, and enjoys helping patients while keeping the schedule and front office running smoothly.

Compensation

• $24–$30 per hour, depending on experience

Duties & Responsibilities

• Greet all patients with a warm, friendly, and professional attitude
• Check patients in and out efficiently
• Schedule and confirm appointments
• Answer incoming phone calls in a timely and courteous manner
• Assist patients with completing and updating forms
• Make recare and follow-up calls as needed
• Maintain accurate patient records and appointment schedules
• Help create a positive and welcoming experience for every patient
• Support the clinical team with administrative tasks as needed

Requirements

• Previous dental front office experience preferred
• Knowledge of dental insurance is a plus
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
• Positive, team-oriented attitude
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
• Reliable, professional, and detail-oriented
