What You'll Do:

• Prioritize and respond to customer inquiries, recognizing urgent requests and escalating issues when needed.
• Spend approximately 50% of the day on phone-based support and the remaining time managing email, chat, and other customer service activities.
• Process daily SAP transactions, including order entry, order status updates, returns, credits, debits, and quotes.
• Manage Salesforce queues, maintain accurate CRM records, and provide timely customer updates.
• Collaborate with internal teams and third-party suppliers to resolve orders, returns, product inquiries, and customer issues.

Job Requirements

What You'll Bring:

• High School Diploma or GED.
• 2+ years of practical Customer Support experience
• 2+ years of experience in Microsoft Office applications.

What Sets You Apart:

• Associate Degree.
• Bachelor's Degree.
• Prior exposure to the HVAC/Building Automation & Fire Safety customer segment.
• SAP experience.
• Salesforce experience.
• Verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Ability to address customer inquiries/escalations.
• Professionalism and excellent customer service skills.
