Job Title: Senior IS Technician

Estimated Length of Assignment: 07/13/2026 to 09/25/2026. The dates provided are only an estimate and not a guarantee.

Est. Pay Range: $24.00/hr. to $26.00/hr. all-inclusive on W2

Location: Local Greater Albany area but can include Kingston NY, Syracuse, and sites in Vermont

Work Type: Field

Position Summary:

• Work approximately 40 hours per week and may include 10 hours with flexing to land at 40 hour. in Albany, NY area.
• Worker will assist in running service calls and installing computer and printer hardware in stores.
• Locations to be visited will be in the local Greater Albany area but can include Kingston NY, Syracuse and sites in Vermont.

Duties:

• IT repair and maintenance.
• Diagnostic and repair of break/fix tickets, equipment replacement and upgrade, ticket status reporting
• Drive times may be an a 5 +hour Round trips.
• A permanent FTS employee will provide direction and support on a daily basis.
• Worker must have valid driver's license and reliable transportation to drive themselves between several locations on a daily basis.
• Must have previous hardware repair experience, have ability to work on their own, lift 75lbs, work flexible hours, complete required paperwork and have excellent customer service skills.
• Schedule will be 40 hours per week and might include weekends and holidays as part of normal work days

Experience:

• 1 to 3 years of IT break/fix work

Education:

• Highschool diploma or Equivalent
