Patient Transfer Center Coordinator- HSO Patient Transfer Center - 150 E. 42nd Street - Mount Sinai Hospital - Full time - Night Shift 7pm-7am The Patient Transfer Coordinator facilitates the inter-hospital transfer of patients from outside affiliates as well as other hospitals into the Mount Sinai Health System. The Patient Transfer Coordinator is responsible for ensuring that the patient meets all Mount Sinai's clinical, financial and regulatory criteria for transfer.
