This is not a specialty trade position. We're looking for a true "Swiss Army Knife" maintenance professional who can confidently tackle a variety of maintenance challenges throughout our community.If you're the type of person who can repair drywall in the morning, complete plumbing repairs in the afternoon, assist with apartment turns, and troubleshoot maintenance issues throughout the day, we'd love to speak with you. Maintenance team members rotate on-call responsibilities, which generally results in being on call for approximately one week per month.
