We are looking to hire our next full-time Corporate Paralegal to join our Greenwood, Indiana team.

Position Summary:

The Corporate Paralegal will support our in-house Legal Department and work closely with the General Counsel and internal teams. This role is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to advance their legal career in a collaborative corporate setting. The position involves contract review, compliance tracking, legal research, and support with employment-related and corporate governance matters.

The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, proactive, and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
• Review, draft, and organize various business contracts (vendor agreements, NDAs, purchase agreements, and service agreements).
• Support the lifecycle of contracts, including renewals, notices, and recordkeeping.
• Assist with legal research, summarizing findings, and drafting internal memoranda.
• Prepare and maintain corporate documentation, filings, and compliance reports.
• Provide general legal support for employment-related documentation and policy updates.
• Help coordinate with Human Resources, management, and outside counsel when needed.
• Maintain accuracy and confidentiality in all legal, corporate, and employee records.

Required Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in paralegal studies, business, or a related field.
• 1-4 years of paralegal experience, ideally in a corporate or in-house setting.
• Strong organizational and communication skills with attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Microsoft 365 (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams).
• Ability to handle multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy and professionalism.

Preferred Qualifications:
• Paralegal Certification (or working toward one).
• Experience supporting contract management or compliance in a corporate or manufacturing environment.

Work Environment:
• Full-time, Monday-Friday, 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.
• Occasional evening or weekend work may be required.
• Some travel may occur.
• Office and manufacturing environments; PPE may be required in certain areas.
