Position Title: Services Coordinator


Engagement Duration: 6-month initial engagement, with potential for extension based on project needs


Engagement Overview:
Our Longwood location has recently absorbed a significant operational workload, and we're seeking a consultant to establish structure, drive coordination, and ensure a smooth transition as this function stabilizes under new management. This is an opportunity to bring order to a newly acquired workstream and serve as the operational backbone during a period of transition.


Core Responsibilities & Qualifications:

• Proven track record (2+ years) in an administrative, executive support, or coordination capacity, with demonstrated ability to operate independently in ambiguous or evolving environments
• Expertise in data management - accurately entering, updating, and maintaining data flows critical to Longwood site operations
• Strong coordination capabilities: scheduling and managing meetings, documenting key decisions and action items, and holding stakeholders accountable to migration timelines and deliverables
• Intermediate-to-advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, with particular strength in Excel for tracking and reporting
• Exceptional organizational acumen - able to manage competing priorities across multiple workstreams while maintaining precision and attention to detail

Value-Add Expertise (Preferred):

• Background in inventory and asset management practices
• Experience tracking IT assets through their full lifecycle - from order placement through delivery, deployment, and storage
• Ability to monitor equipment inventory levels and proactively coordinate replacement orders to prevent operational gaps
