Role and Responsibilities This hands–on, physical role supports warehouse operations by managing the movement and handling of goods. As a Distribution Specialist, you’ll help maintain efficient workflows and a clean, safe work environment. Loading and unloading product cases and pallets from trailers Accurately picking items according to orders using warehouse technology Operating forklifts and other industrial equipment safely (certification and training provided) Stacking cases directly onto trailer floors or loading with cartsPerforming routine cleaning and sanitation to ensure facility standards are met Required Skills and Experience Must be 18 years or older Flexible availability, including weekends, holidays, and various shifts Physically able to lift 15–50 pounds, with or without accommodation Ability to stand and walk throughout the shift Comfortable with bending, kneeling, climbing, reaching, and stretching for long periods Able to perform repetitive physical tasks such as lifting, carrying, and pushing Willingness to work at heights using ladders or mechanical lifts Able to work in environments with varying temperatures, loud noise, and slippery or humid conditions Compensation and Benefits 401(k) plan with employer match Health, dental, and vision insurance coverage Tuition assistance and educational reimbursement opportunities Employee discounts and access to special company perks About FritoLay FritoLay is proud to be an equal‑opportunity employer that promotes diversity and inclusion in the workplace.
