You won't just be answering phones; you'll be the friendly voice of Browning Insurance, guiding our clients, resolving their questions, and ensuring they feel valued and understood. This is a hybrid position.
This position offers a guaranteed base salary with total earning potential up to $60,000 annually through commission and bonus opportunities.

Responsibilities
Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries with a friendly and helpful demeanor.
Provide accurate information about insurance policies and agency services.
Assist customers with policy changes, payments, and general account management.
Help resolve customer issues promptly and professionally.
Support the sales team by providing customer information and generating leads.
Maintain detailed and accurate customer records.
Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent.
NC/SC Property and Casualty Licenses required
Previous Allstate experience preferred.
Previous customer service experience is a plus.
Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
A positive attitude and genuine desire to help others.
Comfortable using computers and standard office software.
Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
