This role also supports vendor management, benefits reconciliation, reporting and analytics, and employee inquiries, including open enrollment and ongoing benefits support.**Responsibilities*** Leave Management Administration including short term disability, long term disability, FMLA and workers’ compensation* Assist employees with benefit-related issues and questions and provide excellent customer service* Prepare and compile reports on benefits usage, costs, and trends for management review* Benefits invoice reconciliation* Conduct utilization reviews* Reporting analytics* Identify opportunities for cost savings* Annual Open Enrollment Management* Quarterly and annual reporting responsibility**Qualifications and Requirements*** 4+ years of proven experience in Benefits related subspecialty of Human Resources* Familiarity with regulatory compliance and best practices in Human Resources* Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including knowledge of formulas, functions, and data manipulation techniques**Why Work for EcoShield Pest Solutions?**The Shield Co.
