This person will lead generative content design across complex use cases, blending strategic rigor with creativity, humility, and a sense of play. You'll collaborate closely with product, engineering, legal, and research partners to design conversational systems that are useful, human, and responsible.Key ResponsibilitiesLead the design of immersive conversational experiences across chat, multimodal, and generative AI platformsDefine and evolve generative content strategies, including tone, personality, guardrails, and system behaviorsTranslate complex requirements, particularly in regulated or high-impact environments, into clear, human-centered conversational flowsPartner with product, engineering, research, and business stakeholders to deliver high-quality conversational experiences from concept through launchPrototype, test, and iterate on generative interactions using emerging tools and platformsMentor designers and contribute to the growth and maturity of conversational design practicesFoster curiosity, creativity, and collaboration while helping teams do their best work togetherRequired Qualifications7+ years of experience in conversational designRecent hands-on experience designing generative AI content, interactions, and immersive chat experiencesProven success working in regulated industries (e.g., finance, healthcare, enterprise software) and/or consumer product environmentsStrong experience creating multi-turn, adaptive, and context-aware conversational experiencesDeep understanding of conversational design patterns, LLM behavior, prompt engineering strategies, and content systemsInnovative mindset with a passion for responsibly exploring and applying emerging technologiesAbility to influence and collaborate across disciplines without relying on formal authorityExcellent communication skills and a positive, collaborative approach to teamworkEmployee Value PropositionJoin a team where conversational AI is more than an emerging capability—it is a critical part of creating meaningful, user-centered experiences at scale.
