About the Role

The Company is in search of a Vice President of Operations to lead the operational excellence of its restaurant group. The successful candidate will be responsible for multi-unit management, ensuring that all 30+ locations align with the company's objectives and standards. This role involves the development and implementation of standard operating procedures to optimize performance in quality, service, cleanliness, and efficiency. The VP of Operations will also oversee financial management, quality control, guest experience, staffing, and talent development, as well as vendor and supplier relationships. A key aspect of the position is to collaborate with executive leadership on expansion strategies and to establish and track performance metrics for continuous improvement. Applicants for the Vice President of Operations position at the company should hold a Bachelor's degree in business administration, hospitality management, or a related field, with an MBA being a plus. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in multi-unit restaurant operations management, particularly in overseeing 30 or more locations. Strong financial acumen, leadership, coaching, and team-building abilities are essential, as are excellent problem-solving, decision-making, communication, and interpersonal skills. A deep knowledge of the restaurant industry, including trends and best practices, is required, along with the flexibility to travel to different locations as needed. The role demands a strategic leader who can drive growth, ensure operational standards, and maintain a consistent and outstanding guest experience across all locations.
