The Viera Company, a subsidiary of A. Duda & Sons, Inc., is the visionary developer behind Viera, one of Florida's most successful master-planned communities. We are seeking an experienced and strategic Director of Marketing to lead the marketing vision for Viera and drive residential and commercial real estate sales. This highly visible leadership role will oversee integrated marketing initiatives that strengthen the Viera brand, generate demand, and support continued growth across the community. Success in this role requires extensive real estate marketing experience, including marketing a master-planned community (MPC) or large-scale homebuilder within an MPC, along with a proven track record of driving awareness, engagement, and revenue growth through strategic marketing initiatives.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and lead an integrated marketing strategy for Viera, aligning residential and commercial sales objectives with market trends, customer insights, and business goals.
• Create and execute innovative, multi-channel marketing campaigns across digital, social media, web, print, outdoor advertising, and other promotional platforms to strengthen brand awareness and drive sales.
• Manage relationships with advertising agencies, web design partners, market research firms, vendors, and other external partners while ensuring effective budget management and measurable results.
• Analyze demographic, market, and consumer data to identify trends and opportunities that support growth within Viera, the Space Coast, and future expansion initiatives.
• Partner closely with senior leadership, sales, development, communications, and community management teams to develop cohesive messaging and marketing strategies across all business units.
• Oversee the Viera website, Viera Vision magazine, marketing budgets, community partnerships, and promotional initiatives while providing leadership and guidance to the Marketing & Event Coordinator.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
• 10+ years of real estate marketing experience, preferably within a master-planned community or large-scale homebuilding environment.
• Proven track record of developing and executing marketing strategies that drive sales, revenue growth, and brand awareness.
• Experience leading integrated marketing campaigns across digital, social, web, print, and traditional advertising channels.
• Demonstrated success managing agencies, vendors, marketing budgets, and strategic partnerships.
• Strong analytical, leadership, and relationship-building skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across multiple business units.
