Patient Coordinator

Job Title

We're hiring someone who's great with people, organized, and understands how to create a strong first impression - whether you come from dental, hospitality, retail, or marketing.

What You'll Do

• Answer phones with confidence and professionalism
• Schedule new patients and guide them through the process
• Ask the right questions to understand their needs
• Keep everything organized from first call to first visit and beyond

• Coordinate with our social media/marketing team
• Help execute internal marketing ideas
• Keep website and content updated
• Track new patient numbers

• Support front desk flow as needed
• Keep schedules and patient info accurate
• Communicate clearly with the clinical team
• Maintain a polished, welcoming environment

• Team player with high standards

Dental experience is a plus, not required. Hospitality, retail, or client-facing experience translates well here.

Schedule

• Mon/Wed/Thurs: 7-4
• Tues: 8-2
• Fri: 7-1
