Pies & Pints has been recognized over and over again as some of the best pizza in the country and we're looking for some team-members who want to help us continue that tradition. We've been covered by the Food Network, the Cooking Channel, and USA Today for our fun and unique pizza creations! Responsibilities

• Make people happy first and foremost. We exist to put smiles on people's faces and that is always the first, and most important, responsibility.
• Must be able to clearly communicate.
• Must have a "Team Attitude" and be willing to help anyone in the restaurant.
• Greet every guest with a genuine smile and in a professional manner.
• Walk guests to their table and engage in conversation as you seat them.
• Keeping seating chart organized and following rotation as they seat the dining room.
• Contributing to the team-based environment by helping with the general cleanliness of the dining room and bussing tables when needed.
• Answering phones and assisting guests with call-ahead seating or to go orders.

Skills

• Ability to work with a team and actively engage with the other team members to achieve a common goal
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to multi-task in a high-pace environment
