Job Description

Village Caregiving is seeking compassionate, dependable, and motivated individuals to join our team as Evening Caregivers. Our caregivers provide one-on-one, non-medical care to seniors and veterans in the comfort of their own homes. Responsibilities

Assist clients with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
Prepare and serve meals and assist with feeding when needed
Provide companionship and emotional support
Assist with mobility, transfers, and fall prevention
Complete light housekeeping, laundry, and household tasks
Provide medication reminders
Monitor and report changes in client condition to office staff
Follow individualized care plans while maintaining client dignity and independence
Accurately document care provided during each shift

Qualifications

Previous caregiving, CNA, home health, or healthcare experience preferred but not required
Compassionate, patient, and reliable
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently in clients’ homes
Reliable transportation, valid driver’s license, and auto insurance
Ability to pass a background check

Schedule

Evening shifts available
