Nestled in the heart of the Lincoln Park neighborhood, Burwood Tap has been family-owned for three generations and has been serving locals and visitors since 1933. As a Barback, you’ll play a vital role in ensuring our bar operates smoothly and efficiently. Your responsibilities will include: - Supporting bartenders by stocking and replenishing bar supplies, including glassware, garnishes, and beverages. - Maintaining cleanliness and organization of the bar area. - Assisting with inventory management and restocking during shifts. - Providing excellent customer service by anticipating the needs of both bartenders and guests. - Helping to create a welcoming and enjoyable atmosphere for all who visit Burwood Tap.

We’re seeking someone who is proactive, hardworking, and eager to contribute to our team. To succeed in this role, you should have: - At least 1 year of experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry. - Strong organizational and multitasking skills. - A team-oriented mindset and a willingness to step in wherever needed. Ability to lift kegs and multiple beer cases - A positive attitude and a passion for creating memorable guest experiences. - The ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Weekend, weekday and holiday availability required.
