Application Deadline June 5, 2025 Responsibilities Conduct comprehensive due diligence on new investments (including competitive analysis, financial analysis, pro‑forma modeling, capitalization table modeling, market sizing and various other investment‑related responsibilities), and drafting investment memos principally for pre‑seed, seed, and SeriesA rounds Build and maintain financial models and conduct valuation analyses on current and potential investments Ongoing monitoring and support of portfolio companies Ongoing in‑depth market research and industry mapping activities Assist with quarterly and annual reporting needs for the Limited Partners Build and maintain internal databases of investment pipelines, co‑investment partners, relevant service providers and exceptional talent Perform various outbound marketing and deal sourcing activities, which may include email outreach, attending conferences, and interfacing with prospective entrepreneurs or co‑investors Qualifications Minimum 2 years of prior experience with investment banking and/or private equity/venture capital preferred Strong financial modeling skills, ability to build financial model from scratch and identify the correct drivers Highest personal and professional integrity with passion for technology, entrepreneurship, investments, and high‑tech startups A high degree of intellectual curiosity with analytical and problem‑solving ability Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment and adapt to shifting priorities and deadlines Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with interest and ability to build network in startup ecosystem including entrepreneurs, adjacent funds, accelerators, and more Start date : Immediately Location : SF Bay Area or Remote Compensation : TBD #J-18808-Ljbffr VC Stack
