About the Role:

Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily office operations and ensure efficient workflow.
- Manage tenant communications and resolve inquiries in a timely manner.
- Coordinate property maintenance requests and liaise with service providers.
- Maintain accurate records
- Prepare and distribute property reports and documentation.
- Support leasing efforts by organizing property showings and assisting with tenant applications.
- Implement office policies and procedures to enhance operational efficiency.
- Supervise administrative staff and provide training as needed.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an office manager or in a similar role, preferably in property management.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and property management software.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- High school diploma required; associate degree or higher preferred.
- Customer-focused attitude with a problem-solving mindset.
- Previous supervisory experience is a plus.
