Position Summary:
A Quality Technician monitors and tests products, materials, and processes to ensure they meet company, industry, and customer quality standards. They work closely with production teams to identify defects and improve overall quality.
Key Responsibilities
- Inspect raw materials, in-process items, and finished products
- Perform tests using measuring tools (calipers, micrometers, gauges, etc.)
- Document inspection results and maintain quality records
- Identify defects and non-conforming products
- Assist in root cause analysis and corrective actions
- Ensure compliance with company policies and industry standards
- Support audits and quality improvement initiatives
- Work with production teams to resolve quality issues
