We offer an elevated menu of services including custom lash extensions, lash lifts, tinting, threading, and more. WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR
We are seeking a high-performing Client Experience & Sales Lead to drive bookings, memberships, retail sales, and client retention in our upscale salon. This is a revenue-generating sales role for someone who enjoys building relationships, converting inquiries into loyal clients, and being rewarded for performance.

This is a sales-focused, revenue-generating position . You will own the guest experience from first contact to checkout while actively driving bookings, maximizing schedule efficiency, and selling memberships and retail .

For someone who consistently demonstrates leadership, initiative, and strong business results, this role offers a clear pathway to grow into an Assistant Manager position .

WHAT YOU’LL DO

• Deliver a polished, high-touch guest experience from check-in to checkout
• Respond to leads quickly and confidently via phone, text, and online inquiries
• Convert inquiries into booked appointments and long-term clients
• Proactively fill open appointment slots and maintain a fully booked schedule
• Consistently sell memberships, packages, and retail products
• Build relationships that drive repeat business and referrals
• Handle guest concerns with professionalism and confidence
• Maintain a clean, organized, and elevated salon environment
• Learn the operational side of salon management
• Assist with special projects and daily business operations 
• Take initiative in solving problems and improving processes
• Serve as a positive role model for teammates 
• Develop the skills needed for future leadership opportunities within the salon

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

• Proven sales experience (salon, spa, medspa, fitness, or retail)
• Experience in a fast-paced, high-end or luxury service environment
• Confident, outgoing communicator who can build rapport and close
• Comfortable on the phone—able to convert, not just answer
• Goal-driven mindset with a track record of hitting or exceeding targets
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail
• Ability to stay calm, polished, and solution-oriented under pressure
• Tech-savvy with booking systems and POS platforms
• Availability on Saturdays is required
• A desire to grow into a leadership role
