Product Manager – Full Time – In Person – NoHo, New York City Company Overview Onyx Odds is a fast‑growing prediction platform transforming how people interact with sports, crypto, and real‑world events. Founded by a Harvard graduate with experience at Jane Street and backed by a team with backgrounds in sports gaming, technology, finance, consulting, and consumer products, Onyx is building the future by making markets more accessible, intuitive, and engaging. Based in the NoHo area of Manhattan, Onyx has seen significant growth in user activity and community engagement, driving continued expansion across its product, engineering, operations, and go‑to‑market teams. Role Overview We are looking for a strategic and user‑focused Product Manager to lead the development and evolution of our core prediction platform. You will work closely with engineering, data science, design, and business teams to define product vision, prioritize features, and deliver high‑impact solutions that drive user engagement and growth. Key Responsibilities Define and own the product roadmap for key platform features and initiatives. Translate business goals and user needs into clear product requirements. Collaborate with engineering and data science teams to deliver scalable, high‑quality solutions. Analyze user behavior, data trends, and market insights to inform product decisions. Prioritize features and manage the product backlog in an agile environment. Work with design teams to ensure intuitive and engaging user experiences. Coordinate product launches and communicate updates across stakeholders. Continuously iterate on the product based on feedback and performance metrics. Requirements 2+ years of experience in product management, preferably in tech, data, or platform‑based products (4–6 preferred). Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and the product development lifecycle. Experience working with data‑driven products or analytics platforms. Excellent problem‑solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills. Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands‑on execution. Passion for sports and interest in predictive analytics is highly preferred. Tools & Technologies Product and project tools (Jira, Productboard, Asana, or similar).
